Tarragon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 50 mL Canola oil, 1/4 cup
- 25 mL Tarragon vinegar, 2 Tbsp.
- 5 mL Dijon mustard, 1 tsp.
- 2 mL Celery salt, 1/2 tsp.
- 1 clove garlic, 1
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together ingredients in a small bowl and
add pepper to taste.
- Serve over mixed greens of your choice.
- Yield: 75 mL (1/3 cup)
