Devilled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, shelled, halved lengthwise

- 25 mL Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp.
- 75 mL Finely chopped lettuce, 1/3 cup
- 10 mL Minced green onion, 2 tsp.
- 10 mL Minced radish, 2 tsp.
- 5 mL Finely chopped fresh dill, (2 mL/1/2 tsp.
dried), 1 tsp.
- 2 mL Prepared mustard, 1/2 tsp.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Mash egg yolks in a bowl with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise; mix well.
- Add lettuce, onion, radish, dill, mustard, salt
and pepper.
- Scoop filling back into egg whites.
- Arrange on serving plate.
- Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Makes 12 servings.
