Prairie Barbecue Marinade
Ingredients
- 25 mL Canola oil, 2 Tbsp.
- 50 mL Beer, 1/4 cup
- 25 mL Liquid honey, 2 Tbsp.
- 50 mL Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup
- 5 mL Course black pepper, 1 tsp.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Great on any kind of meat.
- Yield: 150 mL (2/3 cup)
