Tarragon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 50 mL Canola oil, 1/4 cup
  • 25 mL Tarragon vinegar, 2 Tbsp.
  • 5 mL Dijon mustard, 1 tsp.
  • 2 mL Celery salt, 1/2 tsp.
  • 1 clove garlic, 1
  • Freshly ground pepper

 

Instructions

  • Whisk together ingredients in a small bowl and add pepper to taste.
  • Serve over mixed greens of your choice.
  • Yield: 75 mL (1/3 cup)
