Marinated Beef
Ingredients for Marinade
- 175 mL dark ale, 1/4 cup
- 15 mL chopped garlic, 1 Tbsp.
- 50 mL Dijoin mustard, 1/4 cup
- 50 mL honey, 1/4 cup
- 5 mL fresh chopped thyme, 1 tsp.
- 25 mL finely chopped onions, 2 Tbsp.
- Fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste
Ingredients for Beef
- 500 g beef 4-125g (4 oz.) portions, 1 lb.
Instructions
- Whisk together marinade ingredients.
- Place marinade and beef in a zip lock bag and refrigerate
at least 24 hours.
- Remove beef and pat dry to roast or barbecue.
- Beef suggestion - eye of round
- Yield: 4 servings.
