Prairie Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients

• 25 mL Canola oil, 2 Tbsp.
• 50 mL Beer, 1/4 cup
• 25 mL Liquid honey, 2 Tbsp.
• 50 mL Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup
• 5 mL Course black pepper, 1 tsp.

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients and mix well.
• Great on any kind of meat.
• Yield: 150 mL (2/3 cup)
